Design Lead: Design a reusable drinking vessel for canines. Me: Concept through final.

CHALLENGE 1. Transportation: Transporting the weight of another full water
bottle on your hike is not a challenge to be taken lightly. The ability to transport this product comfortably is just as important a feature as the functionality itself.

CHALLENGE 2. Eco-friendly: Eastman Tritan was used for final container, while ABS Polypropylene was used for the lid. The lid is also sprayed with a rubberized coating for a nice "smoft" texture.

Design Lead: Design a disposable drinking vessel for canines. Me: Concept through final.

CHALLENGE 1. Shelf appeal: With a unique bottle hitting the market, shelf space is key. We had to make sure the design was stackable to fit the maximum amount of units into the space.

CHALLENGE 2. Eco-friendly: PET was the decided material because we wanted to make sure it was recyclable. The original material was PLA, or Ingeo™ biopolymers. However, upon further investigation we were unconvinced by the current recycling methods of those materials.

	Light Switch Actuator
Product Designer: Design a cooler light switch. Me: Concept design, mechanics assist, 3-D modeling

CHALLENGE: The mechanics of this project were not easy. When the light was on, the resting position for the lower switch needed to be flush with the dome. The design of the Arm was the greatest challenge do to it's list of tasks.

The Arm needed to hold the triggers, move in a straight vertical with the triggers and actuate the switch. We solved this problem well, which is why “Switch-N-Style” remains one of my favorite projects.
